  • The Gottman 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work Couples Workshop

    A Relationship Enrichment Workshop

Are you and your partner keen on learning vital tools to have a strong and lasting relationship? This psycho-educational workshop provides couples with foundational knowledge on healthy relationships as well as the opportunity to try out practical tools to build hands-on skills. The skills are helpful for couples at any stage of the relationship, whether you have been together for one year or many.

The workshop is built on decades of data and research regarding relationship satisfaction and follows the outline of the groundbreaking New York Times best seller The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work by John Gottman, Ph.D. and Nan Silver. This workshop aids couples in deepening the friendship foundation of their relationship, managing conflict successfully, honoring each other’s dreams, and creating shared meaning.

This workshop will give you new insights while learning relationship skills that can dramatically improve the intimacy and friendship in your relationship and help you resolve conflict in a healthy, productive way. This class combines teaching and demonstrations with break out sessions where you and your partner work through the various skill building exercises where you focus on your relationship. This component occurs between the couple and is not shared with the group.
